The Dick Campo Big Band, including female and male vocalist, will add special magic to private events. We have performed at many charity balls, concerts, swing dances, weddings, etc.

Because of our custom musical arrangements the band is capable of playing quiet, lush dinner music as well as exciting, swinging, danceable music. We adapt very well to the event.

Reliability: Bandstands and sound system will be set up several hours prior to the event to insure a smooth and punctual performance.

Affordability: The band is surprisingly affordable, especially in the New England area since it is based in Connecticut. The dedication and the pride we have in the band is more important than high financial rewards. In many cases the cost is not much different than some smaller groups. Our main concern is to provide a first rate performance at an affordable fee. It's great music for all ages!

Versatility: We have a well rehearsed playlist of nearly 400 selections, including classic big band sounds from the forties swing era to the modern swing revival. Besides performing many of our own custom musical arrangements we perform authentic arrangements of such greats as Duke Ellington, Glenn Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald and others.

Generation Appeal: Our wide range of selections is virtually guaranteed to entice all generations out onto the dance floor. This is music that people young and old enjoy.
